Questions
Do I have to film my dog?
No. Filming gets you the most detailed feedback, but you can follow the lessons, keep logs and check in on each skill without ever filming.
Is Fetch for puppies or grown-up dogs?
Both. Your plan is picked for your dog’s age, from young puppies to adult dogs, with a settling-in plan for dogs that just came home from a shelter or rescue.
What training methods does Fetch use?
Reward-based training only. No punishment, no pain, no fear. Every lesson is written from published, reward-based training guidance.
Is Fetch a vet?
No. Fetch helps you train. If your dog seems unwell, in pain, or you’re worried about biting or fear, talk to your vet or a qualified behaviour professional. Fetch tells you when that is the right step.
What happens to my videos?
They are used to give you feedback, and kept until you delete them. We never sell your data. You can download or delete everything from inside the app. Read the Privacy Policy.
How much does it cost?
Fetch is a subscription through the App Store. You can cancel any time in your iPhone’s Settings, under Subscriptions.
